Adrienne Webb assists clients with a broad range of energy finance transactions, including reserve-based lending, acquisition financing, and structured credit facilities across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. She represents lenders, investors, and borrowers in deals involving oil and gas assets, joint ventures, and commodity hedging arrangements. Her work includes drafting and negotiating financing documents, evaluating title and environmental risks, and advising on cross-border collateral and regulatory matters.
