Tram Nguyen

Tram is a trainee solicitor in Haynes Boone’s London office.

She is currently in her third seat working within the Real Estate and Energy Transactions Practice Groups.

Tram has previously completed seats in Haynes Boone’s Investment Management and Finance Practice Groups, where she assisted with fund formation, venture capital investments and fund finance transactions. Prior to commencing her training contract, Tram spent two years working in the asset management team of an international law firm, facilitating investments by global institutional investors and family offices into alternative assets.
