Nick Beals is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. He represents developers, joint ventures, lenders, investment funds, private equity sponsors, and individuals in complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Nick’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, construction financing, joint ventures, development projects, ground leases, and related title, survey, and zoning diligence for industrial, multifamily, retail, and other commercial assets.

- Represented a programmatic joint venture in the acquisition of industrial sites in the northwestern United States and Texas.
- Represented a programmatic joint venture in the refinancing of a portfolio secured by property owned by over 20 borrowers across the United States.
